🛡️Disclaimer for Energy Simulations & Models
All simulations, solar production forecasts, storage sizing analyses, and economic payback estimations on PflegeKalk represent non-binding approximations and informational models. They are calculated using standardized engineering equations, satellite solar irradiance datasets, and regional utility rate averages.
These results do not replace an on-site structural appraisal or professional engineering assessment by certified trade contractors (e.g., licensed electricians, certified solar installers, or HVAC / heating engineers). No liability is assumed for the accuracy, completeness, or actual financial performance of energy investments derived from these simulations.
⚖️Dispute Participation
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
